Nanny
You were the best Nanny a girl could ask for:
You always let us go creeping into the fridge and raid the chocolate drawer, 
You were the most caring person to everyone, 
and made our lives so much fun. 
 
When hearing the word ‘oops sorry’ with a
little laugh always meant you’d had a Fart, 
which always made us laugh on the floor falling apart. 
 
We used to always make tea in the bath 
and when dressing up grandad we always had a good laugh. 
You always gave us 50p pocket money for Sweets, 
which made us think we got the most fab Treats. 
 
On a Saturday evening we used to go to the legion & do some Dancing 
and watch you and grandad on the dance floor prancing. 
You always helped us to bake cakes, 
and always Pulled out all the stakes. 
 
You would always make sure Grandad went to the pie & mash shop 
and would run around for us until you would drop.
I love you so much Nanny and always will; 
make the most of it up there and have a good thrill.
